The skirt falls just below the knee, and features a crowd of flappers in blue, cream, olive, and red, with their high hems and fluffy fur stoles, standing below a pointillism dotted sky. The silk blouse is primarily black, with a bateau neckline and short sleeves, one of which features an appliquéd image of a flapper, donning a red cloche hat. Oh we love it!
